Resilium Insurance Broking, one of Australia’s largest general insurance brokers, was thrilled to be nominated for Insurance Business Australia’s ‘AR Network of the year’ award, particularly given the high calibre of the competition. Remaining true to our founding ideals – being customer-focused, staying experts in our field, and making the insurance landscape clear are part of the reason for Resilium’s ongoing success.
However, our success would not be what it is without the hard work and dedication of Resilium’s Authorised Representatives. Essentially in the Resilium world, our ARs are an extension of our business and Resilium staff an extension of the AR’s . Everyone who works for Resilium works hard to provide our ARs with everything they need to succeed in their businesses.
Becoming a part of the Ardonagh Group in 2021, the UK’s largest independent insurance broker, has further strengthened our value proposition. With that additional relationship with Ardonagh, our collective strength in global markets means Resilium is able to offer a broad range of broking placement solutions for Insurance Advisers (Authorised Representatives) within our network.
Amongst the many value-added initiatives we have in place for our ARs, one that is key to their businesses’ ongoing success is access to our own purpose built and private intranet for Resilium ARs and Resilium staff called Adviser Gateway. Adviser Gateway is updated almost hourly, and it has absolutely everything on it for ARs to run their business. From templates, to training, to compliance, to marketing collateral and more, Adviser Gateway is a one stop shop exclusive to Resilium ARs to get the very latest information and materials to help them run their businesses.
Another value-added initiative that is exclusive to Resilium is our Resilium Alliance Partner Leads Program. Since the program began in 2015, over 76,000 warm leads from legitimate potential insurance customers have been distributed to Resilium ARs to the value of $76 million in gross written premium. Indeed, in this financial year alone, we have delivered over 10,991 warm leads to our ARs worth a total GWP of $19,501,539 - demonstrating just how valuable these FREE leads are for our ARs.
We are also a network that likes to give back too - not just to charity but also to the industry itself. A number of Resilium’s staff and ARs are NIBA Mentors. Adrian Kitchin, Executive Director of Resilium has featured on several panel discussions and along with Angela O’Neil, General Manager Broking, who is on the NIBA Mentoring Committee, both are passionate about giving back their knowledge, experience and industry insight to support the next generation of Insurance Professionals.
We are passionate about our ARs having access to the best and latest training and offer financial support to the group for anyone looking to complete their Diploma in Insurance Broking as we believe that Professional Development is incredibly important.
There are so many reasons why Resilium Insurance Broking is growing to become on of the largest general insurance networks in Australia and we are proud to be recognised by the likes of Insurance Business Australia and our peers with the nomination of Best AR Network of the Year.
