Stelvio has been delivering innovative insurtech products to the Australian insurance and repairer markets since 2001, including its flagship EstImage suite of products. After entering the Australian market as the first software company to digitally connect insurers, repairers, and assessors more than 20 years ago, Stelvio has collaborated with some of the largest insurers in Australia.
Its mission is simple: help businesses run better by providing customers with user-friendly software while continuously pushing the barriers of innovation. To do this, Stelvio collaborates with insurers, motor repairers, property suppliers, third-party suppliers and internal and external assessors to build tools that optimise communication and connection throughout the insurance management software that helps businesses run better.
While EstImage was synonymous with motor assessing, the Stelvio team used the last few years to expand the support offered to clients. Stelvio developed new software solutions within the EstImage product suite, including EstImage Connect, which facilitates connection with customers, panel repairers and suppliers, anytime, anywhere, for fast, effective virtual inspections, and EstImage Online, a cloud-based solution designed for smash repairers completing work for insurers. Stelvio also delivered EstImage Property, a new software solution that services the property insurance market in a similar fashion to EstImage Motor. EstImage Property is a customisable software solution that simplifies the communication and administration of property claims between property insurers, suppliers, and customers.
EstImage, powered by Stelvio, delivers technologies that help businesses run better, letting insurance and repairer management customers keep pace with changing business needs, industry-specific requirements, and technological evolution. EstImage is the complete communications hub for insurance providers, suppliers, and repairers. The cloud-based assessing and insurance management platform helps insurers and supporting businesses to maximise their efficiency while helping customers to repair, replace, or reimburse damaged goods.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the EstImage product suite empowers suppliers and insurers to continue using their preferred systems and processes, while simultaneously ensuring data is received in the required format. The solution automates the data transfer between systems, ensuring that it is sent and received however it is required by the insurer’s system.
